"We don’t learn to love each other well in the easy moments. Anyone is good company at a cocktail party. But love is born when we misunderstand one another and make it right, when we cry in the kitchen, when we show up uninvited with magazines and granola bars, in an effort to say, I love you."

I’ve suddenly got puppy fever which is devastating since I’m so appallingly allergic to dogs.

really pleased to see my cis feminist friends and tweeters standing up against this transphobic crap from petticoatfair, and participating in the public shaming.  Transgender women are women, and deserve to shop in peace, and to have access to a good fitting, especially since we’re likely to have unusual/non-standard sizes, which is what this place supposedly excels at.
And, reading their non-apology, it’s clear that this poisonous attitude extends to women who’ve had mastectomies as well, wtf.

ugh that fauxpology is so gross

That is NOT an APOLOGY!!!!! UGH!!!

This makes me so so angry.
